My full name is Chander Sharma and wife\'s name is Tripta Sharma. We have been living in the Washington DC-metropolitan area since 1985. Currently, we are residing at 9421 Braymore Circle, Fairfax Station, Virginia, 22039-3134 (USA).
Prior to moving to the United States, we have lived in Toronto, Canada (1969-1984). In India, I lived in Sultanpur Lodhi and Tripta grew up in Jalandhar City. My family had a reputable business for many years a.k.a M/S Karam Chand Hira Lal located at Sultan Pur Lodhi, Dist. Kapurthala. Most of my family had now moved to Canada in early 1970\'s.
We got married in 1974, and we are blessed with two beautiful children, Gopal and Vanita. Gopal graduated from George Mason University in Economics, and he is currently working as an Group Underwriter with a major insurance company located in Washington, DC, USA. Vanita completed her doctorate degree in Pharmacy from the Medical College of Virginia, and she is now working for Centocor, Inc. as a Senior Clinical Scientist-MSL. on the Economic, Clinical & Health Outcomes (ECHO) Team . Centocor, Inc is a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson. Vanita got married last September to a Doctor (Radiologist), they are residing in Atlanta, Georgia.
Both of our children were born in Toronto, Canada, and they both been brought up with the good Indian Punjabi culture and Hindu religious values.
